What texts we send

Transactional updates (example): appointment reminders, billing/payment links, verification codes.

Contact details: mobile number (required for SMS), and optionally name and email.
Message content: messages you send us and messages we send you.
Opt-in records: time/date of consent, consent language version, and the page where you opted in.
Technical data (optional): IP address and user agent if you submit via our website (only if you choose to log it).

2) How we use your information

To deliver the SMS messages you opted in to receive.
To respond to your requests and provide customer support.
To maintain compliance/audit records for consent and opt-out requests.
To prevent fraud/abuse and secure our services.
